4. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Damaged in Transit: If your shoes or their original box arrive damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
- Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier. COLWOOD WORKS LIMITED is not liable for packages that are stolen or lost after the carrier confirms delivery.
